I've always believed that life is made up of fleeting moments - the kind your cannot stage or script.  The way a mother's face softens when she holds her newborn for the first time, the joyful chaos of a family laughing together, the quiet strength of a dancer lost in movement. These are the moments I live to capture.  

My name is Melinda, or Myndi, and I am a photographer, a mother, a wife, and the happy orchestrator of a beautifully wild household.  I've built a life that is anything but ordinary, and I would not trade it for the world.

My journey began with love - quite literally. I married my high school sweetheart, the person who has stood by my side through every adventure, late - night editing session, and chaotic family moment. Together, we've created a home filled with laughter, learning, and the constant patter of paws - five dogs to be exact.

Homeschooling our children has been one of the greatest adventures of my life.  Some days are messy, some are magical, but all of them are ours.  I pick up the camera and chase the beauty of the everyday - because in the ordinary, I find the extraordinary.  

Photography has always been more than just a profession for me - it's my way of holding onto the magic of life.  I pour my heart into every frame. My world is full of love, laughter, learning, and of course, a whole lot of barking. But through it all, I get to do what I love - freezing time, one frame at a time.  And that, to me, is the most beautiful adventure of all.
